Ronica’s Sweet Buns was built by Ron and Monica-two speed-loving, sugar-slinging daredevils who believe the perfect day includes a burnout and a baked good. What started as a simple love for pastries and the quarter-mile quickly turned into a mobile bakery and coffee bar that launches flavor faster than a nitrous-fed dragster.

What makes hers stand out is the options that we’d NEVER had before! Tres Leche!? Monica met the love of her life, Ron Mongenel, who “lit” the flame for this chapter and caliber of racing. Together they have built a team. Around town Ron & Monica are known as “RONICA”. Their hobbies always include some form of speed, fuel, and winning. In their down time they enjoy entertaining and feeding their friends and family.
